This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.06.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions received from the respondents, submitted that survey has been fixed on 23.11.2023 at 11.00 am. 3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to proceed further with the survey and complete the process. No costs.
