ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that both side evidences are completed and the case is posted for arguments. Only at this stage, this petition came to be filed.
3. In the petition, it has been simply stated that the petitioner is suffering from various ailments and finds it very difficult to travel to the enquiry Court. Since already the enquiry is over and posted for arguments, I find absolutely no reason to entertain this petition. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
4. There shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Sivagangai, to complete the enquiry process within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5. With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
