2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that, pursuant to the directions of this Court, the respondent has filed the final report, which was taken on file as C.C.No.167 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue this contempt petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
