ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(B), 406, 498-A & 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.223 of 2021 and no case has been registered against this petitioner so far. 3.Since no case has been registered against this petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move a petition before appropriate forum, if any case is registered against him.
