This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second Respondents to provide adequate police protection to Petitioner life and limb from the unlawful and highhanded activities of the Respondents 5 to 15 by considering the representation dated 24.09.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submit that the Petitioner is running a man power agency recruiting persons for job in abroad. The Petitioner had recruited about 13 people and he had handed over money 2/5

regarding their onward journey and visa to the Country where they are recruited. The said Firoj had cheated the Petitioner. The persons who are recruited were unable to proceed to the place of their work in the foreign country. Therefore they preferred complaint. On that basis the Petitioner himself has also lodged complaint with the second Respondent and he has also preferred complaint to the Commissioner of Police at Delhi against the said Firoj.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner has obtained Rs.2,00,000/- from each of the candidate for recruiting and they were not sent abroad. Therefore they have sent complaint and CSR registered. The Petitioner has also given complaint based on which also CSR registered.

4. In the light of the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate the Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to prevent the Petitioner and to proceed with the investigation. 3/5

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
