Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned memorandum issued by the fourth respondent dated 25.06.2018 in Mu.Mu.A1/2778/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 6 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner and his brothers by making necesary mutation in all revenue records relating to the house site with tiled house to an extent of 0.00.70 sq.mt. (1200 sq.ft) situate in Survey No.609/2 (Old Survey No.511) in Maruvathoor Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District within a stipulated time.
