Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to issue an direction directing the Hon'ble Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Theni to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.68 of 2015, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.68 of 2015, on the file of the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Theni, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now the case has been transferred from the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Theni, to the file of the Fast Track Court No.I at Magisterial Level, Madurai.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Court No.I at Magisterial Level, Madurai, to dispose the case pending in S.T.C.No.68 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
