O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to return back the articles and documents taken from the petitioner's house.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the husband of the petitioner is a habitual offender. He is involved in several cases and most of the cases are for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11197 of 2018 son of the petitioner is also a habitual offender and he is also involved in many cases. Only to divert the investigation, the petitioner sent a false representation to the first respondent herein. He further submitted that no documents were seized from the petitioner's house and nothing was happened as alleged by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
