Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 10.06.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.12084 of 2024. It is beyond dispute that the writ petitioner / A.Sheik Mohammed is having individual patta in his favour. His writ petition has been disposed of by issuing the usual set of directions. They protect the rights of the petitioner. For the sake of clarity, I direct that before conducting survey, the authority shall issue notice to the review 2/4

applicant / S.Ramachandran also. The authority will scrupulously adhere to the directions given by this Court.

3.Review of the order is not necessary. This miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the review application is also disposed of at the SR stage.
