PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to take necessary action upon the representation dated 15.07.2025 wherein seeking to transfer the house tax assessment to the petitioner's name and consider the same.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to take necessary action upon the representation dated 15.07.2025. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025, will be considered and disposed of by the fourth respondent within four weeks. 2/5

4.Recording the same, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the aforesaid petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of, with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
