ORDER
This Court referred this case for psychological counseling. The parties had appeared before the counselling centre. The counseling Centre has submitted a report stating that there is a possibility for reconciliation between the parties, if the issue is between the parties are resolved and if more importance is granted to the child. 2.Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that the parties shall continue with the psychological counselling. counsellor for counseling through video conference two times and in person one time. 3.The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.7,50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, in three equal installments. After receipt of entire amount, the learned Judicial Magistrate, shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/Judgment is passed in the case in Crime No.27 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment.
4.Both the petitioner and the wife shall share the loss incurred in depositing the amount in Pranav Jewellers.
5.Already, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, vide order, dated 11.02.2026 and the said order is confirmed.
