PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to defreeze the withhold amount Rs.2,14,152/- in the bank account maintaining by the petitioner with the fourth respondent bearing savings bank account No.611401521300 forthwith by considering the petitioner's email dated 30.10.2023.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to defreeze the withhold amount of Rs.2,14,152/- in the bank account maintaining by the petitioner with the fourth respondent bearing savings bank account No.611401521300 forthwith by considering the petitioner's email dated 30.10.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's father has given a statement that his son is studying in Russia and he was not involved in the offence and he has done same 2/4

cryptocurrency trading and requested to release his son's account and that the second respondent, after considering the same and after finding of the petitioner's claim is genuine and the account holder has no complicity in the crime as per the investigation till now, has sent a letter to the fourth respondent to release/remove the lien marked and also produced the copy of the letter sent by the second respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
