For petitioner : Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar For R1 : Mr.B.Nambi Selvan Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai in S.T.C.No.206 of 2019, dated 04.10.2019.

2.The petitioner is the complainant in the above S.T.C. Case. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the absence of the accused person before the trial Court, warrant has been issued against him on 04.10.2022, which was not executed in time, even though the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and shared the present address of the accused person.

3.The official from the first respondent is also present before this Court today and stated that they have verified the address given by the petitioner, but the accused is not available in that address. 2/4

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present address is at K-1602 sabari Nivas, Sowbaghya Nagar 3rd Street near to Sethalakshmi Mill Bus Stop, Thiru Nagar, Madurai. 5.Let the first respondent herein get the information from the petitioner and execute the warrant.

6.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
