This petition has been filed for a direction to withdraw the case in S.C.No.42 of 2014 from the learned Principal Sessions Court, Pudukkottai and transfer the same to some other competent Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in S.C.No.42 of 2014 from the learned Principal Sessions Court, Pudukkottai has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition become infructuous. 2/3
