Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has given a complaint dated 14.09.2021 against the private respondents. Since it was not acted upon, this writ petition came to be filed. WP.(MD)No.21089 of 2021 and closed. If that be so, a copy of the closure report shall be served on the petitioner by the official respondents. It is open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies. The writ petition stands dismissed.
