ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent under which he has rejected the request of the petitioner for shifting a High Tension Line which was proposed to run across the agricultural property of the writ petitioner. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, already LT line is running across his agricultural property for effecting agricultural service connection. Along with the said LT line, the respondent authorities proposed to draw a HT service line along with LT line in order to cater to a water purifier industry and rice mill. The said proposal was objected by the writ petitioner on the ground that it would be a hindrance for bringing in tractors into his agricultural property. The said request of the petitioner was rejected by the second respondent herein on the ground that they are only proposing to draw HT line along with the existing feeder line and hence, the petitioner cannot have any objection.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent authorities, on instructions, submits that the proposal to draw HT line along with LT line connection over the writ petitioner's land has been dropped. The intended service connection has been catered through LT line itself. 2/4
4.The above said submission is recorded. No further adjudication is required. The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
