PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records in pursuant to the Crime No.82 of 2018, on the file of the Pamban Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same.

In view of the same, these Criminal Original Petitions stand allowed and as a sequel, the First Information Report in Crime Nos.81 of 2018 and 82 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed and the terms of Mediation Report shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
