ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.80 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. Considering the nature of offence and since there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
