For Respondent : Mr.S.Manikandan Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.222/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 506(ii)of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is a police constable. When the defacto complainant had questioned the petitioner while he had a wordy quarrel with his mother, the petitioner scolded the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him due to previous motive.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner had abused the police constable and also threatened him with dire consequences. The petitioner is having 12 previous cases and he has been history sheeted in H.S.No.71 of 2020 in Chinnakovilangulam.

CRL OP(MD). No.18598 of 2021 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offences alleged and also the fact that the petitioner is having twelve (12) previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
