ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.7 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 316(2), 318(3), 318(4), 338, 339, 61(2) and 351(2) BNS, 2023 against the petitioner and six others and that investigation is pending.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
