This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, dated 04.12.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
