ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation of the Crime No.207 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent to the first respondent i.e., the Superintendent of Police, CBCID-II, Chennai or any other competent investigating agency.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.207 of 2024 on 10.08.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 329(3), 296(b), 351(3) and 79 BNS and Section 67A of Information Technology Act, 2000 and that they have examined 9 witnesses so far and investigation is pending.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional 2/4

Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Cheranmagadevi, Tirunelveli District is directed to monitor the same.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
