O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and give police protection to conduct "Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival and idol procession' on 07.09.2024 to 09.09.2024 in pursuant to the Vinaagar Chathurthi Festival at North Street, Malaipatti, Pothampatti, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai and to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the representation, dated 30.08.2024 given by the petitioner is pending before the third respondent. 2/4

4.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.08.2024 and pass orders within two days from today.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
