This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent in EMC No. 103/2018, dated 26.11.2018.

2.There was no stay order granted in this petition. Now due to efflux of time, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, if any proceedings is initiated by the authority in future, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

3.With the above liberty, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
