Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SUNDARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to the marriage of the second petitioner, the petitioners were not able to pay the amount and arrange the sureties and hence, they could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
