3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions in the said order, dated 14.09.2022, shall remain unaltered.
