ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport. There was an impediment. His name was figuring in the rowdy list. That led to filing of this writ petition with two prayers.
3. During the pendency of the writ petition, the name of the petitioner was removed from the history sheet on 21.09.2016. The petitioner's application would have by now been closed. It is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh application for issuance of passport.
4. The first respondent shall consider the same and issue passport to the petitioner if there is no other impediment. 2/4
