Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to 1/4
the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Se.Po/e.ka/Thiruva/Va.Vu/Ko.Thani/Aa.No.663/2014 dated 16.10.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to disconnect the service connection provided to the fourth respondent in Survey No.481/1D situated at Ayyampalayam Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein under which he has rejected the request of the writ petitioner for disconnecting the electricity supply given to the fourth respondent.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the fourth respondent is not entitled to receive the said electricity supply. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the fourth respondent herself has submitted a letter on 19.08.2019 requesting for disconnection of electricity service connection for Survey No.481/1D. Based upon her request, the official respondents have disconnected the electricity service connection by an order 2/4
dated 03.03.2020 and have permanently disconnected the service connection and the accounts have been closed.
4.In view of the above said submission, the order impugned in the writ petition does not require any further adjudication. The writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.11.2022 Internet : Yes/No Index : Yes/No msa 3/4
