ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission and protection for placing the Lord Vinayagar Idol in the petition mentioned trust office on 05.09.2024 and to permit for procession with idol on 08.09.2024 and to immerse the idol on 09.09.2024 in the notified place by the respondents based on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.08.2024.

2.Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner' representation dated 27.08.2024 is pending before the third respondent for consideration.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within a period of two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
