O R D E R
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.05.2024. 2/4
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, as rightly contended by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in the representation, dated 16.05.2024 they have admitted that the rival parties have obtained orders in O.S.No.712 of 2022, but according to them, they have obtained fraudulent order.
3. Even assuming that the order is invalid that cannot be gone into by the police authorities and it is for the petitioner to approach the appellate Court or competent authority. Hence, the very filing of the petition is a clear abuse of process of law and as such, the same is liable to be dismissed.
4. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 04.09.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 3/4
