A perusal of records shows that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur in Crl.M.P.No.4022 of 2023 dated 14.08.2023 has granted bail to the petitioner with certain conditions, one of the condition is that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. seeking * modification of the aforesaid condition, the petitioner has straight away come before this Court, without filing any petition to modify or relax the condition imposed upon him before the concerned Court.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court, which passed the above said order. After that only, he can approach this Court.
