ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order passed in M.C.No.9 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Sattur, dated 28.06.2022 and set aside the same.

2. While hearing on 28.08.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have entered into a settlement before the Lok Adalat conducted on 13.05.2023 and he has produced a copy of settlement memo also.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that it is true that pending revision, the settlement has been entered between the parties and the petitioner is agreed to pay the permanent alimony of Rs. 9,00,000/- in three installments to the respondent.

4. In view of the above settlement entered between the parties, there is no further adjudication required in this revision. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
