Copy of the joint compromise memo was produced. The petitioners are figuring as respondents in the said second appeal. I am satisfied that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
