ORDER
None appears for the writ petitioner. Heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the liquidator.
2. The learned Standing Counsel informs the Court that the petitioner had since cleared the liability and the document deposited as collateral security has also been returned to the petitioner. According to him, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
