ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from installing composite plant in the premises of Kulesekaram Market in S.No.449/8 of Kulesekaram Village,

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent herein submits that due to objection raised by the general public, the respondents herein have dropped the proposal of installing a composite plant in S.No.449/8. On the other hand, orders have been passed for installing a composite plant in S.No.496/3 and action has also been initiated for installing the composite plant in the new survey number. In view of the above said facts, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been complied with by the authorities. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. 2/4

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
