COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions have been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the Learned Sub Ordinate Judge, Sub Court, Thirumangalam to expedite the Trial in H.M.O.P.Nos.114 of 2025 & 261 of 2022, respectively, on the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam within stipulated time.

COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.Nos.114 of 2025 & 261 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.
2.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3.The petitioner and the respondent are husband and wife. The marriage between them was solemnized on 18.10.2020. Due to some matrimonial dispute, the petitioner filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.261 of 2022, before the Sub Court, Thirumangalam and the respondent herein filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2023, before the Sub Court, Alandur and thereafter it was transferred to Sub Court, Thirumangalam and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2025. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matters are pending at the arguments stage and therefore, he prays for a direction to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam to expedite the trial.

4.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.Nos.114 of 2025 & 261 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
