PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A7/629/2022 dated 07.08.2023 and quash the same as illegal and direct the first respondent to take action against the fourth respondent on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.05.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the period during which the power has been conferred to the fourth respondent/President of Sattanur for implementing the duties, vide impugned order dated 07.08.2023, is over and subsequently, an order has also been passed. Hence, the petitioner requests for liberty to challenge the subsequent order. 2/4

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order. There shall be no order as to costs.
