ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 6 for grabbing the writ petitioner's property in Survey No.1618 to an extent of 13 cents situated at Palayam Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on his complaint dated 18.05.2021.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent has not received any representation but the writ petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent.

4. Considering the above, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of representation.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
