O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.326 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that in the absence of any interim order, the respondent Police has conducted the investigation in Crime No.326 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
