Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.BALUMAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11939 of 2021, dated 23.08.2021.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order and appeared before the respondent police between 27.08.2021 and 26.09.2021 and thereafter, he has not appeared.
3. It is pertinent to note that the petitioner has filed the relaxation petition on 24.11.2021. Though this Court has passed an order directing him to appear before the respondent police until further orders, the petitioner has stopped to comply with the orders on 26.09.2021 and has come forward with this petition on 24.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition at this point of time. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
