The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for restitution of conjugal rights at the instance of the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2017, on the file of the Sub Court, Periyakulam, seeks transfer of the same to the Principal Sub Court, Karur, Karur District.

2. No representation for both sides.

3. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2018 and the matter has been kept pending till date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

4. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge of the Sub Court, Periyakulam, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice and opportunity to both parties, if not disposed of earlier. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
