COMMON ORDER These applications in CMP(MD)Nos.14167, 14169 & 14171 of 2025 have been filed to condone the delay of 1143 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused on account of death of the 1st respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 9 to 12 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petitions and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the applications to bring the legal representatives on record, have to be allowed. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed. 3/4

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
