ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.1 of 2024 dated 17.02.2024 and file the final report before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.1 of 2024 on 17.02.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 419, 417 and 420 IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have already examined 6 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete 2/4

the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
