When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings impugned in the present writ petition had already been challenged before this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 22462 of 2019, and that this Court, by order dated 14.11.2024, directed the second respondent herein to issue notice to the petitioner therein and the other respondents, conduct a fresh enquiry, and pass orders on merits. This Court also granted liberty to the petitioner to produce all relevant documents before the second respondent during the enquiry. Learned counsel further submitted that the same benefit may be extended to the petitioner in the present case.

2. Admittedly, an earlier writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.22462 of 2019 was filed before this Court questioning the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.A7-2325-2016 dated 15.09.2016, which is also impugned in the present writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition stands disposed of in line with the order dated 14.11.2024 passed in W.P.(MD) No.22462 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
