ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by third respondent. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.493 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and this petitioner has given an undertaking that he will pay the money within a month. On the basis of the above said undertaking, it was closed.

3.Since enquiry has been closed on the basis of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the matter has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
