ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent herein from releasing three documents, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.04.2015. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the private respondents submit that registered documents have already been released and based upon the said document, patta has also been transferred in the name of the private respondents. In view of the above said facts, the question of issuing Mandamus to the first respondent does not arise. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
