By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 4th respondent to grant license to the petitioner to run private two wheeler stand in her property land in S.F.No.118/1 A with an extent of 17 1/2 cents out of 7 ares situated at Perugamani Village, Sri Rangam Taluk,

3. Seeking to grant license to the petitioner to run private two wheeler stand in the property of the petitioner, an application has been submitted by the petitioner. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on its own merits. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
