O R D E R
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to give permission to any person or group separately perform sri Oosi Kaadu Sudalai Andavar Temple situated at Sivanthiyapuram Village, Sankangulam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.08.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that petitioner's representation, dated 29.08.2024 is pending for consideration and that they have not received any representation from the fourth respondent till now.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that they are ready to receive the kovil tax from the petitioner's group and the petitioner's group can very well take part in the festival and 2/4
they have no objections for the same. He would further submit that since the petitioner's group has refused to pay the amount, there arose disputes between the parties.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent that they are ready to receive the tax from the petitioner's group and and are having no objection for the petitioner's group to participate in the temple festival, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
