ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent to take appropriate action, on the basis of the representation dated 29.08.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted. In the enquiry, it was found that there had been civil dispute, based on which the Petitioner herein had lodged the false complaint. Therefore, the complaint was closed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable in the light of the reported ruling of the Division Bench of this Court in a batch of Criminal Original Petitions reported in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100 in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another. 2/4
