ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Staff Nurse, who was working in the third respondent Primary Health Centre, seeking a Mandamus to permit her to join duty at Ittamozhi Primary Health Centre, Tirunelveli District.

2. As per the averments in the writ petition, due to family circumstances she was constrained to give resignation letter, on 20.10.2023 and after recovering from her illness, she has given a petition on 18.01.2024 seeking to withdraw the resignation letter. The said request has been forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent and the same is pending.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the request of the petitioner through her representation dated 24.07.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
